IO Supply Distributors ships to U.S. and Canada.
We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses at this time.
If you would like to ship to another address, log in to IOBeautySupplies.com and enter the address where you will be shipping. At this time, orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates for orders placed on IOBeautySupplies.com vary by region and order size. Please check your shopping cart for the shipping rates for your order - click "Shipping (Estimated 2-3 Business Days)" below Order Subtotal.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking information where available for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You can check your order status in the My Orders page, Chat with us on the yellow icon located on the bottom right or E-mail us and a Representative will assist you.
DELIVERY TIMES
Generally, you should receive your product within 2-3 business days once your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
ORDER TRACKING
Order tracking is available for most orders; however, this may vary depending on your location. Please note that tracking information availability may vary depending on the carrier that services your area.
Click on My Orders on the dropdown under your profile picture located on the main menu, then click the "Track" button next to the order. Your tracking information (carrier name and tracking number) will be visible, as well as transit status and estimated delivery date. Depending on the transit, you can also enter your phone number to get text message notifications.
Please note: Availability of tracking information may vary depending on the carrier that services your area.
REturns policy
RETURN POLICY
If you need to return a product to IO Supply Distributors, please contact Customer Care through our Chat or email us for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within ninety (90) days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice.

RETURNS BY MAIL
To return your item(s) by mail, please Contact Us for a return authorization label. Your refund minus shipping and handling will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been processed.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT
The following types of product are not accepted for return:

Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances.

Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.

Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.

Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.

Make-up, Make-up brushes, combs, brushes, and hair extensions: All sales are final.
WARRANTIES
All electrical and battery operated items being returned for any warranty claim (dryers, clippers, flatirons, curling irons, etc.) may be submitted within sixty (60) days of the invoice date on the packing slip or invoice for replacement of the defective product. Please contact Customer Care through Chat or email us for more information. Please note: All claims for warranty on electrical items submitted over sixty (60) days from the invoice date must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement of defective product.
