  • How can I shop on
    We have select products available for general shoppers, however to have access to wholesale prices, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have a Wholesale account with IO Supply Distributors. You will need your account number or store card number in order to register to shop online for the first time. If you don't currently shop at or at a Salon Sales Consultant, you can apply for an account by completing our Wholesale Account Application form. Tips: • Your zip code is the 5-digit number from your permanent ship-to address on file. • Enter and confirm your e-mail address. • Create and confirm your password. • Select your existing shipping address or enter a new online shipping address. • Click “Sign In” and you’re ready to shop.   • How can I add a new shipping address?
    You will have the option to add a new shipping address right after you login, under “My Account” page when going into your profile by tapping on to your profile picture. You can also use THIS LINK. You can choose to use your permanent address on file, a previously saved address, or enter a new shipping address. Still need help? Contact Us
  • I forgot my password. What do I do?
    Go to the Log In page and click on “Forgot Your Password?” link. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Still need help? Contact Us
  • How can I update my account information?
    In order to change your permanent address, name, and/or phone number on file, you will have access to your account right after you login under “My Account” page when going into your profile by tapping on to your profile picture, or you can use THIS LINK.   • Why are all your brands not available for purchase online?
    For a full list of brands we carry, please go to the home page and scroll down towards the footer. You may also be looking at our brand listing page while in the Shop All page, though Wholesale products will not be displayed unless you have a Wholesale Account, in which you can apply for HERE. You may also be searching for brands and not find the specific ones you're looking for due to: Distribution Rights: We have contracts with manufacturers that specify where we can and cannot ship product. The brand you are looking for may not be available to ship to the address you entered at login.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    Our shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the products in your cart and your order total. Orders over $60 get free shipping. Still need help? Contact Us
  • What is the IO Supply Distrubutors Return Policy?
    If you need to return a product to SalonCentric, please Contact Us for assistance with your return. Returns by Mail: For items that can be returned by mail, Customer Care will provide you with a return authorization label. Once the item has been processed at one of our distribution centers, you will be refunded to your original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that your refund may take up to 15 days to appear on your account once we have processed the return. Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances. Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned. Seasonal Product: Branded Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned. Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered.
